Community Manager@d67382ba7061d834 Log into EA.com with your PS account. Make sure you are linked to the correct EA account. If a password reset does not work, it means that the wrong EA account password is being reset or the password reset created a new EA account.
Once you verify on your EA profile that the right PS account is linked to the right EA account and it does not work, you would have to reach out to live support in order for them to take a look.
