Quest completion "chime" noise plays whenever I, well do anything.

It pops randombly for me too.

Sometimes I just say "Hi" to an NPC and I hear the sound, even if I just select "Good bye".

    Ouch that sucks. Mine isn't that bad, but I can see how annoying it would be if it happened whenever you talked to a character.
