K i know why this is happening. It starts once you reach inquisition level 20. Since 20 is the max the game keeps trying to level it more but cant and we get this annoying sound. The sound is of our inquisition level going up.

That's odd, my Trevelyan got to level 22 before i reached the end-game. Maybe the actual achievement of hitting level 20 is the trigger for some systems?
