Quick fix for 30 fps cut scenes and stuttering.

So there is abviously a way to modify files to make it so the cut scenes get more than 30 fps but I have heard they can cause some problems.

im not sure if anyone already new this but you can quickly resolve this problem by pressing alt enter while in a cut scene to enter window mode then pressing again to bring back to full screen.

For some reason this gets rid of the 30 fps cap and all of the stuttering.
