Re: 20/21 regions in exalted plains

It appears to be bugged.

I had the 1 region come up but never could get credit for it. 

The one area south of Northern Ramparts, after bridge it appears programers raised the land mass but did not raise the marker level. 

If you ping around you will see some items are also below ground level and you can not pick them up.
