PC version for me.
I have the exact same issue. I tried re installed the game. Repairing twice. Contacted support. No answer. I don't use mod, I have all DLC installed. Tried every trick possible, even deleting my latest save file. I know where its supposed to be on war table but no success. No matter the character I use.
