Community AdminHmm, I can't say I've noticed anything like this on multiple playthroughs. They usually play during the rather loud combat, though, so I guess it would be easy to miss if it happened intermittently.
What system are you on?
If you're on PC, try running a repair. Perhaps there's a minor config issue and it's pointing to the wrong combat barks.
I am on PC. I tried the repair earlier and its not changed anything. I tried making a new character after the repair as well, same thing if I use the non-default voices for characters.
Also, I did some searching and actually finally found another report of this happenning. I wasn't able to find this when I was searching and before I made my post earlier, its a month old, I wanted to share it here at least though.
