Re: Can’t Play DAI Offline Suddenly

@VanitasAvem Can you try clearing your persistent cache and seeing if you still get this error?

Persistent Storage

  1. Go to settings Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
  2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

@VanitasAvem Do you have EA Player or Game Pass?

To confirm you currently don't have it hooked up to the internet?

@VanitasAvem Wanted to confirm if you got past the message, at this point we may have to try something like a hotspot, in case data needs to sync.

If it continues we may need to reach out to an advisor at help.ea.com to look at your account.
  • A friend booked it up to their phone data this morning and I was able to play fine. As soon as there was no connection and the console restarted the error came back.

I’m signed up for game pass but I’ve cancelled it , it expires in 9 days. I saw another post mentioning that they’ve had this error with games that are on the game pass.

@VanitasAvem Its possible the game is running off your subscription which will need to verify itself across the internet. Once it is over test out if you keep getting this error. If so we may need to reach out to an advisor about your EA Account.
