You can check your perks at any time (from the war table). Well, you can on PC, anyway, I'd assume console versions would be the same. I think you can get to it from the screen where you choose between Orlais or Ferelden. 😉

I have never tried that so i don't know if i can but i will check it as soon as i play the game again

Wel i checked it and it was that perk thing so problem solved
