Yup, same here. Possibly it's something to do with the deluxe edition DLC, though? I deleted everything, reinstalled just the game and the update, and it connected long enough to let me create my character/import my Keep stuff. Then I reinstalled the DLC, and lo and behold, server unavailable again. Possibly a coincidence, possibly not?
