im having exactly the same issue and i have been on the thing for 6 hours no way it hasnt fully installed. shows the full file size in the data storage areas. multiplayer unavailable. What total BS. cant get a hold of anyone at EA support of course and Sony has a long **bleep** wait line. typical incompetence from these companies. Has anyone had any success with redownload/install?? i assume that means you have to delete the original game download?? if someone could post if that worked for them would be great so far restoring license has not solved my issue.

otorresusmc: i am currently at 70% download after killing the breach demon. it has taken 2 hours to get there from 50% with a 100Mbit/s line.
not sure if it will work after i get to 100%
ok have something that may help some of you. Talked with Sony support. if you highlight the game in the PS4 version of the XMB and press the options button on your controller a menu will pop up with one option being "information" click on that and it will show the download process. Thought mine was complete and it wasnt i was only at 30GB of 44GB. Hope that helps some people.
