Same problem here.
It occurs to me at first, when I try to talk with Dorian at Skyfort. It doesn't matter what option of dialogue I choose, it always get freezed and stuck, so the only solution I have is to reset the PS4.
The problem is that the same thing has happened in a main quest, at the dessert, so I can't continue without skipping the dialogue, and I don't really know if I can be able to do it, because it happens just at the beginning of the dialogue.
