Are you playing via Steam, EA app, or Epic Games?
Also when you have a moment can we give the following a try?
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

I've done all of that, me and my friend are both going through the ea launcher via steam since it doesn't give us the option to launch straight through steam. We are friends on the ea launcher and everything.
