To my knowledge I have no other active overlay, could it be somethign hidden?

It is not an actual error message per se, I get the game add-on pop when it should be going to my paypal or mastercard to finalise the payment. I have no idea what is causing this.

Try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and see if you get the same behaviour. I tkae it that you haven't had any issues with purchasing through the regular Origin client before?

I did a clean boot but the issue was not resolved. It is a pity because I was going to buy platinum. Regular Origin content I guess is ok, been a while DAI preorder but it seems probably only in the store in MP. Another player told me he had similar issues.

I just tested it, the normal outside of MP store on Origin works fine so I have no idea, really.
