Community Admin@xRokaiKupo Hi, have you played the game on this system before? If you have any old saves can you try removing these as a test?
Do you get any error message if you force-close the game?

I wonder is it trying to use your old saves, if you use the cloud save function. Perhaps there's an issue with these, and starting from scratch will let you play with all the DLC included.
Community AdminThank you for the update. As a test, can you try going offline? Checking this thread it seems to be a temporary workaround, but it seems that the issue may be related to parental restrictions.
I just bought the game and after installing it'll go to the starting screen then load to the character creation..I bought the game nothing wrong with the disc but anywho after after it loads to character creation it'll go to the blue screen and say remove disc damaged or dirty but I just bought the game even updated before I payed even before update still for the same thing.. What yo do please anyone?
