@lucastech Hey, when you try to launch DAI what specifically is happening?

Are you trying through EA App or Steam?
Do you get any errors?

When you launch the game, open the task manager by right-clicking on the taskbar and clicking task manager. Does the show up in the list of programs, or does it not show listed after launching it?

Typically when the games won't do anything at all, you have something blocking it or don't have the admin rights. A lot of times Windows needs you to confirm permission after updates to your OS.

@hamburgerprime Hello, I bought it through steam and I already tried to access through both and it always gives the same error and steam and EA are running as administrator, one thing that I noticed is when I format my pc the game runs fine until a certain time and then it doesn't open anymore, I don't know what it could be

@lucastech Nothing really sticks out to me on the dxdiag, unfortunately. You said the same error, are you getting an error message?

@Leora85 Hey, yes it was an error that said there was a failure with the files saved from the cloud but then this error stopped appearing and now when I click on the dragon age application this black screen appears
