The default value is no launch parameters.

What are you trying to archive, setting the cutscene to 60 fps? There is a .fbmod (Frosty) available on the Nexus, maybe that works better for you.

@holger1405 Problem solved. Removed the altered save files, reinstall windows and learn not to do stupid things again. Not without a back-up anyway.

    Thanks.

@holger1405 Unbelievable, all the problems of instability and save errors were caused by PC memory. By default X.M.P. was disabled and forced the RAM to work at 2133 MHz causing all kind of unpredictable behavior (including windows acting funny after second day since install).
Once turned on (no overclock) it went as it was suppose to be at 3200 MHz, all working as expected (even CPU gain about 10% more performances getting close to how was meant to be).
I never suspected such a tiny bit of setting can cause so much headache.

Well, XMP stands for Extreme Memory Profile, meaning it is overclocking the Memory from the JEDEC standard for DDR 4 Moduls of 2133MHz to the in the XMP stored speed.

So in most cases it is the other way around, the XMP profile can cause problems while the standard speed is usually very stable.
