Purchase made on the Origin website can be downloaded from the Origin client. The download link is found by going here http://www.origin.com and clicking the 'Download Origin' button at the top of the page. After downloading and installing the client, sign in with the same details you signed in with to make the purchase and it should be available from the My Games tab.
