Re: Dragon Age 2 can't customize character AND can't register game

The first time Varric tells the tale of the battle in the Wastelands is really just a tutorial.
You can't customize your Hawke until Cassandra calls Varric on his BS.

As for registering the game on the BSN, you'll have to provide more details. But if you've got it showing up under "My Games" in the EA/Origin library, you've done the important part.

    In origin I right click on the show game details button for dragon age 2. On the page that shows up it shows a product code. I enter that code into the register game page for dragon age 2 on bioware social but it says the code is not valid for game.

    If the code is showing correctly under the game information in EA/Origin, then you should be good to go.

    To address your difficuties getting it recognized on the BSN you need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.

    You appear to have an account/code issue.
     
    After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
    look for the "Chat Now", "Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one, (you've already done that.)
    The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.
     
    If you select "Chat Now" or "Call Now", be sure you have enough time (at least one hour) to wait before being connected to someone. 😕mileyfrustrated:
