Ok for what it's worth I fixed the voice over issue for my game. I opened up origins manager, right clicked on Dragon Age, which has the game, dlc and expansion in it. Choose repair. It takes a few min to verify the game then it repairs it. I got the msg from there that the vo folder was corrupted. After which i loaded the game and am playing awakening now with out any issues.
