No. Sorry The problem is BOTH a rather low end GPU, PLUS a quite slow CPU, so you have no chance.

I was thinking that because I run crysis 3 on high settings...
my video card is listed above, offboard 2GB.
(notebook. Yes, I know, notebook is not good for games, but I like it because I can carry with me when I travel.)
Of course this may not mean anything, I do not understand much of it.
