Did you do the following...

  • You hit "Export to DA Inquisition" on DAK before starting a new game.
  • You were logged in while starting the new character in DAK.
  • When prompted during the new game process you confirmed import of a world state.

    The card showed a dragon and the time was just some minutes before I made the new Charakter
