Its Saturday, do you really expect those poor devs to fix issues consumers are having??? /s

If any employees are reading this thread, you guys could at least be updating us. Not saying anything for nearly 48 hours now makes us think you all don't care. I really hope that isn't the case; but it sounds about right for EA at this point. Its so frustrating when you have a very stressful week and want to unwind with a certain game and then not even knowing an ETA.

It has been nearly two days now and it still doesn't work, this is getting really bad really fast.

EA apparently doesn't care about their reputation unless it affects their bottom dollar.  We've already purchased the game, so they got theirs.  Since there's no monetary gain for them to fix this, there is no reason for them to make it a priority.  But lets pretend they care about assisting us in a timely fashion: Basic customer service 101 would dictate that they keep us informed, even if it's just to say they are still working on it.

So, whoever is monitoring this thread: a quick note just to say that you guys are still working on it would be good at allaying some of the frustration this is generating.  No communication past 24 hrs. is unacceptable. 

But by all means, keep the site and associated services down!  Given EA's future plans, I'm finding the irony highly amusing.

Considering it stopped working on Thursday, I absolutely do.
