@LadyBeato You need to repeat the workaround steps each time, it seems. So if you want to use the golden nug again, you need to uncheck the 3 settings, restart the game & manually log in again. At least, that seems to be the case from what others have said.

@ThitherFungus As has been said many times, the accepted solution is so it can be easily found by those it can help, rather than making people go through pages and pages of posts to find the workaround solution. It's unfortunate that it doesn't work for xbox users, but that doesn't mean we should inconvenience those on the other platforms. 

@checumotte Merged your thread with the main one. If you're on PS4 or PC, please take a look at the accepted solution on the main page for a temporary workaround solution. Unfortunately if you're on Xbox you're going to have to wait for the servers to be fixed.

As you're on PC, take a look at the marked solution on the first page of this thread, the workaround should hopefully work for you while we wait for the server issue to be resolved. Note that you have to repeat the steps each time you want to import a world state and possibly each time you want to use the golden nug.

@Night_Angle8 @tyhgffffffff Also merged your posts into this main thread. You issue most likely has nothing to do with PS+, there is currently a problem with the servers. If you're on playstation, please try the workaround mentioned in the marked solution on the main page. It's just a temporary solution until the servers are fixed, which will hopefully be soon.

I did this which seemed to solve the issue BUT now I have no Golden Nug

This thread provides a workaround that has helped many PC/PS users. A workaround for XBox has yet to be found. In the meanwhile, XBox users can follow the parallel thread here. Hopefully clever and persistent XBox users can intelligently experiment and find a temporary solution for us as well.

Let's not clog up this thread, which is useful for PC/PS users ... and is long enough already. 😉

Load the file that you want the Golden Nug to appear on first, that's how it worked for me. Process:

Turn off all 3 options, reload the game,
Once rebooted, manually log in to the Keep,
Load up a save file (for me, it was one at the Winter Palace already in Trespasser),
Activate the Golden Nug and synchronize all schematics.
Exit the game and bring it up again,
Manually log in, select the other character that you want the schematics on.

Golden Nug should now be there with the saved schematics.

Also, as a note and continuance to this: Each time you do one thing or the other, import a Worldstate, or interact with the Golden Nug, I believe you have to reboot the game to do it again for the fix to continue working.

Thanks for this, I was getting really annoyed at not having the Golden Nug when I decided to replay on a new character.

I’ve been trying to play since last Friday. It’s getting pretty tedious now. An update for the Xbox users would be good. I know EA don’t monitor this page, but anything would be good. 

I did all of that and still haven't been able to import the world state to inquisition. Please, what else can I do?
