We didn't use the Origin or the launcher uninstaller though in that thread. We did it using the EASetup.exe in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition\__Installer\DISK1 directory. The drive letter of course depending on your install directory

In defence of my incompatance, it was a long thread. I'll try once the disk is done re-installing agian, 3rd times the charm

Haha, it was described on page 28. It indeed was a long thread as EA wasn't doing much and people were trying all kinds of things to fix something EA screwed up with an Origin client update. No use in feeling incompetent though, these kind of problems shouldn't be happening in the first place.

So uninstalling it via origan work after re-installing it via disk. But I'm keeping the other solution on my faviotes bar
