login to origin and then under origin(in the upper left hand corner) redeem product key. This should fix your issue. Im trying it now.

Is there a solution to this problem if my Ultimate Edition was downloaded via Steam? It keeps directing me to a page that no longer exists to activate my DLC and I would rather not have to download a whole other program to use a DLC activation code that, as evident by the previous existence of that particular BioWare website, should be able to unlock via browser.
