Finally found a thread about this. YES I'm having the same issue I wanted to register my game with that CD key thing and I don't remeber seeing anything with the On the house free download of dragon age origin.
No email and I tried the product code just like you and it was invaled as well anyone got adivce on what to do? any new info on this problem and should I try contacting EA or the bioware crew for a cd key to regester? and has anyone solved this problem yet?
