Finally found a thread about this. YES I'm having the same issue I wanted to register my game with that CD key thing and I don't remeber seeing anything with the On the house free download of dragon age origin.
No email and I tried the product code just like you and it was invaled as well anyone got adivce on what to do? any new info on this problem and should I try contacting EA or the bioware crew for a cd key to regester? and has anyone solved this problem yet?
BioWare is currently working on the Dragon Age systems of the old site in anticipation of the launch of Dragon Age Keep. You may have problems now, but it will likely all go smoother in the future.
