@Catali7 Okay, have you set up a case with live support yet? This is an issue being tracked but with purchases made after release and not recently. Had you ever played on that PC, or through EA Play at all before the purchase?
- @EA_Shepard No, I'm waiting for my refund to be processed. And yes, this is my gaming PC. I play other games through the EA app, but I do not have EA play nor have I ever had EA play.
