Are you sure this is the right topic for your issue? This is for the issue: "I bought the game from the UK retailer "GAME", and the cd-key/product code printed on the back of the manual was only 16-characters long, instead of the proper 20-characters."

There may be lots of other problems with getting your game installled/validated, but this isn't the place to discuss them. (See the other topics in this forum.)

It looks that I started to go a bit off-topic, but everything started in the same way, with a UK retail version of the Ultimate Edition. I tried to comment everything that happened so other people can know beforehand what they should do. Sorry if I made it look as a different issue.
