Re: Dragon Age Origins Server connection issue

All my DLC is downloaded and enabled, the DLC items seem to appear fine but content stuff (RtO, stone prisoner etc) doesn't appear in game and the wardens keep quest appears under "premium content" in the quest menu but Levi Dryden does not appear at my camp to unlock wardens keep on the world map... but I did get the random encounter for the starfall ore or whatever its called.  This is all very confusing.

Only mods I have installed are Improved Atmosphere, Theta HD and Sleep Until Dawn but I don't think they are the problem.

Edit: Leliana's song also works fine strangely.
