I ran into the same issue, but nvidia will not let me install it since I already have a newer version on my pc. Any other suggestions?

When you've got a chance would you mind posting a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull up the file check out the EA Help website.
Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

- @EA_Kent I downloaded and installed the NVIDIA PhysX and now Dragon Age Origin is loading properly. I can play the game!

- @EA_Kent Hi, does it matter what processor you have because I have intel and I don't know if it's safe. I get paranoid about downloading things idk about.
@nicensweet3192 It does not matter on the CPU that you have as long as it is better than an Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64. This package is actually an open source physics engine SDK. Meaning that the program (Dragon Age: Origins) has some code that depends on the libraries within it.
Awesome, Thanks!
I am having the same problem , I have the geoforce experience and drivers, i believe physx as well. Still getting same error. @EA_Kent

Hi @luvzhugz,
Have you tried downloading PhysX itself from the link I posted in my post above? If not, please give that a shot and let me know if it helps with the error you've been seeing.
Thanks!
