Ok, you have a bunch of crashes/apphang/BEX issues at the bottom of your DxDiag file, Steam, Origin, EALink and THXservices which is Razor product software.  Now Razor makes good things from what I have been told, it just doesn't like to play well with Bioware games from my experience.  Bex issue on EALink means something is trying to use the same sector of memory at the same time it is and thus is causing issues...ie cross program interference, and since the Razor software THXservices is right in the middle of all that, I am thinking that it maybe is the conflict source in this instance.  So I would remove/disable Razor especially the THX items from your system, set Steam and Origin to run as admin and see if it doesn't work.

Bex issues are some of the hardest usually to figure out as like I said, it is about two programs trying to use the same sector of memory, and thus the conflict is often very individualistic in nature because almost all computers have different configs and programs loaded.
