Try pressing load game instead of continue when you restart. See if there are any other saves you can load into. But really, try to keep more than 1 save for glitches like this.

Can you go into tactical cam and move one of your other team members to a safe position to take over and walk away? Fast travel to another camp/fast travel point or somewhere on the world map? Turn on friendly fire and try to kill yourself or have one of your teammates kill you?
