Re: Finished DAI but Dragon Age Keep doesn't sync

The only thing I can think of is that your cloud sync is turned off in the Origin menu. Otherwise, I don't know how else to fix the issue you're having, except maybe clear the cache or repair the install or whatever options they have for the game.
