If you have tried the code number several times, varying between Zero and "O" character tries, without luck, it's time to seek out a Game Adviser:

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
