In the other DA games you would have to hold both mouse buttons to move. But that was not implemented in DAI. You can try setting right mouse to be the Move Forward key in key bindings. Not sure if the game would allow that as I'm not at my gaming computer right now to test it, but that would be the only option.

Otherwise you can 3rd party software like Autohotkey to make the right mouse button behave as another key, then set that other key to be Move Forward in the key bindings.
