It's useless requesting a refund on a community driven forum.
I think you may have been the same person before who said this. If so allow me to repeat what I told you last time, if not you still need to be corrected for misinforming poeple who come here.
First the OP posting is obviously doing it wrong however you are just as wrong. This is not a community forum only, BIOWARE has a link to this site that SPECIFICALLY sends people here for TECHNICAL HELP. This IS the official company technical support forum, i suggest you go see the link I provided as proof. It does not say community support it says TECHNICIAL SUPPORT
http://forum.bioware.com/forum/70-dragon-age-inquisition/
look at the bottom of the page it says, BW Technicial Support

I said the forum is community driven, which is correct. This is indeed an official EA forum, and it is a tech support forum, but that doesn't mean EA and BioWare will come here to fix all tech related issues. This forum is for people who have issues that the community can assist with.
The two words "technical support" don't contradict anything I said because "tech support" and "community driven" are not mutually exclusive. Here's what it says on the front page of Answer HQ:Welcome to EA's new Answer HQ!
Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or brand new to the gaming world, everyone needs a little help sometimes. So we’ve created EA’s new Answer HQ. It’s a community initiative to have players share their gaming expertise with other players. This is the place where your ideas shape the community, where sharing knowledge is rewarded, and where you can climb the ranks to be the hero. This is only the beginning. Welcome to EA’s brand new Answer HQ!

When a company lists a forum as TECHNICAL SUPPORT they better actually treat this as a company techncial support forum, otherwise what we have here is a very deceptive practice. So tell me where does one go to get actual company technical support if not to the page where BW themselves direct people? Should your answer be anywhere other than here then we have a problem becuase the company is intentionally misdirercting people by implying this is the page but not actually supporting it.
Should you have another link then again the comany is misdirecting people to a page that is not intended to be actual company technical support and for some reason does not send people to where such support can be found.
Still see no problem with this?

I already posted a link to EA's customer support in this thread. You even quoted it.
There's also a link to EA's customer support at the very top of Answer HQ's front page labeled 'help center'.
