I'm assuming you mean the mod part?
1. Go to ...Program Files/Origin Games/Dragon Age Inquisition/Updates.
2. Find your merged mod folder. The default name is Patch_ModManagerMerge
3. Remove the merged mod folder from the Update folder. You can do this by deleting it (so you can later put it back by using 'restore' in the recycle bin) or just moving it elsewhere, like your desktop.
4. In Origin, right click Inquisition and choose 'Repair game'. Wait until it finishes with all content. It might take a little while, depending on the speed of your computer.
5. When the repair has completely finished (it will go through all DLC, including Multiplayer and digital deluxe content after the main game), again in the Update folder from step 1, open the Patch folder.
6. Right click 'package.mft' and choose 'Open with...', select notepad from the list of programs.
7. Change the version number in package.mft from 12 to 13. Save.
8. Start the game, load your save, see if Mihris is where she's supposed to be (you must have Solas in your party). If she's there, great.
i. If the game won't load your save due to the save being created with a later version, you must go back and increase your version number again. Look at the package.mft in your merged mod folder and see what version that was, that's the number you need. This shouldn't happen, but sometimes it does.
9. If Mihris showed up, you can put your mods back. First, you need to go back to your Patch folder and change the version number in package.mft back to 12. Then you can put your merged mod folder back in the Update folder. If you deleted it, just find it in the Recycle Bin, right click and choose 'restore'. If you moved it, just cut and paste it to the Update folder. If this causes you to have issues again, it's one of your mods, if not the repair is probably what fixed it.
10. If Mihris didn't show up in step 8, please follow the directions in this link to provide us with a dxdiag. If you can't figure out hastebin, you can attach the dxdiag text file to your post using the 'Choose File' button under the text editor.
If Mihris did show up in step 8, but didn't show up after you put your mods back in, you'll have to figure out which mod is causing the issue. That... will be tedious. We'll worry about it if it happens.
I hope that made it easier to follow. 🙂
