Hello, thank you for replying. It is PC and I don't have any mods, just the ultimate edition with the awakening expansion and the dlc content. I finally figured out how to fix it last night. If anyone else has this problem they can try this out; go to file location and open the configuration folder, go into video settings and click "disable aspect-ratio correction". I searched nearly all day before I found this info on another website. Perhaps now you can help someone else if you see this problem again.
