When I got back on, I got the error message "Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL: [urlmon.dll] Error: 0xC1" I've looked up every solution but none has seemed to work as of now. When I look in my System32 folder, urlmon.dll is there and I have tried replacing the file with a copy of it with no luck. Please help.
@AryanAqua This seems to be a different issue, since urlmon.dll is the missing/problematic file, which has nothing to do with vc++ 😉
@Nuudlezzz When you say you got back on, do you mean the game, your computer? Your first post is empty, I'm wondering if perhaps some information is missing. Also, whatever you do, do not download .dll files from the internet.
Run a virus/malware scan of your system to make sure that's not the cause of your problem.
Have you updated your windows recently? Or any drivers? Anything else changed recently which could have caused a problem?
Running system file checker could help. If you don't know how to do this, see this page, it explains it pretty well (and better than I'm capable of doing at the moment). You shouldn't have extra programs open when you do this, so copy down any instructions you need first so you can close your browser. Remember to launch command prompt as an administrator. If you have windows 8 or 10, you can also run DISM, which is also explained in the link I provided.
