AlkaidYes hello there. I apologize if you are having issues with your Dragon Age Inquisition game as it is stuck in a loading screen and crashes. Sure let me help you. 🙂

AlkaidThank you for the details *****. Whenever the game quits, does it crash to the main menu?

youno it quits the game completely and goes to the ps3 home menu

youno error codes pop up it goes to a loading screen at random while I'm playing then it quits the game completly, it doesn't matter what I'm doing

youstory mode/single player, I'm no issues with multiplayer

AlkaidThank you. Alright upon checking, we have determined this issue is caused by either the temporary files that is stored in your console that needs to be deleted. And/or a corrupted saved data in your campaign mode.

AlkaidFor the first thing we need to do, I have already prepared the steps for you to follow:

Alkaid1. From the Cross Media Bar (PS3 Main Menu), locate the internet browser.
2. Once there, select the Internet Browser with X.
3. From the internet browser, press the Triangle button to reach the options menu.
4. This menu will have multiple options. Please navigate to the Tools section.
5. In the Tools section, there are a few items available for deletion near
the bottom of this list. All of these options can be deleted without any
negative consequences.
6. Please see the Tool section here and delete the items below.
-Cookies
-Search History
-Cache
-Authentication Information
7. Power cycle the PS3 console by pressing the power button until it turns
off then unlpug it from the power socket or electricity source (power
strip) for 30 seconds.
8. Try to connect once again.

youokay I finished all the steps, should I check the game to see if it happens? It usually happens 1 or 2 minutes after I load in

AlkaidIn any case, you can always re-download them from your PSN purchase history.

youokay I deleted them both, should I just go and start up the game to re-download them or should I do something else first?

AlkaidThank you so much. Now that your game is clear of the DLCs, it is best to test the game first to determine if the dlcs are the ones causing the issue.

AlkaidYes you may. And by the way, just a tip if you are anywhere in The Hinterlands, you may consider going back to Haven/Skyhold to save as the issue may reoccur. This happens on all platforms too.

AlkaidAnd in case this happens again in the future, you may also try reloading the most recent autosave, go back to haven/skyhold, save the game, and restart your console. Hope this helps. 🙂
