If you're in fullscreen mode, try playing in borderless window and vice versa.

If you have pointer trail enabled in Windows, it might help to disable it.

1. Open the control panel.
2. Go to mouse properties.

3 Click on the pointer options tab.

4. Make sure display pointer trails is disabled.
