What a useless support arrangement for a serious mess up. I just bought this, have followed this post and guess what it is saturday, and the lines are only open 9-5 Mon-Fri.....  So I have just wasted my time effort and energy + small amount of cash on this and can't install it and play it. It should not be beyond the ability of someone to realise that having inconvenienced people in the first place all it needs is an online utility into which you feed the 16 character code and it gives you, via your registered e-mail account the 20 character code.

Come on, whoever created this administrative blunder, get your fingers out and fix it. Taking it back to the store doesn't work by the way if you have opened it, which of course I have to get to the point of installing.

I wonder how many of these have just been thrown in the bin because people with less technical ability can't chase down the solution????? Ok so it's a 4 year old edition of a game, but really get this sorted.
