Re: New Inquisition agents no longer registering
Not those guys it's the mercenary Captain Gaspard hired and the noble from the garden you can get from earsdropping that are missing.
For me anyway.

From what I've read in the official guide those two aren't counted as actual agents in regards to inquisition perks. However I did have a problem with the blades of Hessarian where i completed the quest, they acknowledge they work for me and are friendly in the region, but don't show up on the perk list. So it could be a glitch happening right now.
