Re: New Inquisition agents no longer registering

I'm having a similar problem. On my first playthrough, I didn't get to recruit either Corporal Vale or the Blades of Hessarian, although I did get most of the other recruitables. I'm in my second run, and I've completed all the tasks to get Vale's Irregulars (we even had the little cutscene where he salutes the Inquisitor), and I defeated the leader of the Blades and talked to the guy. But neither of them ever toggled the "Agent acquired" image on the left side of the screen, and they're not showing up in my Inquisition perks. Everyone else I've recruited so far in this playthrough is working just fine - Lord Betrand, Clemence, Tanner, Ellendra, Belle, and Speaker Anais are all there. Is there any way to fix this? I'm on PS3 if that matters at all.
