I have a similar problem but with a paysafecard. I selected the €49.99 bundle and payed for it (there is €0.01 still on the paper) but i didn't get my platinum... Sometimes my game tries to give me something but the only button i can press is back. A box opens up and my screen get a little darker but i can press only back... i would really like what i payed for...
