So others can help, it's going to be really useful if you can:

• Describe how the glitch occurs, where it occurs in the quest

• Are you PC, xBox or PS3 or PS4 etc?

Folks will no doubt suggest  (if on Windows) to try a clean boot and also to repair the game. Clean Boot: Link. Folks will also suggest (if on Windows) that you post a DXDiag and other stuff, as mentioned here: (EA Post) How to post the relevant info when you create a question.
