Thank you for the reply. I respectfully disagree, and here is why.
Friends and I played several days or hundreds of combined hours; very few quality drops and no superb runes for any of us (game drops or chests). After we began promoting and each had about 4-5 characters promoted at least once, we all started seeing a significant increase in quality of drops as compared to the same amount of gaming hours before the promotions.
I do realize the better the characters get, the faster you obtain XP, drops and gold for large chest. So I could be wrong, but it would be nice if the game designers gave us some type of information on it.
Example and complete speculation.
+10% chance increase on unique and rares for each character promoted to a maximum of +300%. i.e.; a person who promoted 30 character's is 3 times more likely to get a rare/unique item from a chest/drop versus a new player.
In any case, thank you for the response and hopefully you can forward the interest to the game designers.
