Re: Recently started playing on Xbox one and I cant access Character Record

Way back at the beginning when the game first came out, it was found that if you didn't access the character profile and level the character when it became available(closing second rift before deciding which way to go up mountain), it bugged the game and you couldn't EVER access the record or level the character.

I don't know if you have ever leveled this character and something happened or if you ran into this bug.  More info on where you are, what level you are, and such would help for a better answer.
